We have a guest in our office...

Excerpt from an interoffice email received today...
"A friend of mine from Spain, Amaya (last name redacted),is in town for the next couple of weeks..."
Anybody have any ideas about what we might do to benefit from having an English-speaking native of Spain sort of available to me? Seems like I could get perspective on a few things about life in Spain, but I probably ought to start any dialog with an appropriately professional degree of caution.

Oh wow. Where do you live? Did you study English at school? Does one need an auto to get around Spain? Is there parking in the cities, Madrid, Barcelona, at the musuems? What is traffic like, compared to here? Could one travel Spain and the rest of western Europe by train very easily? Which is the easiest big city in Spain to get around in? What is apartment rental like in your city? ie. Euros in price? Would it be good to live center city? Are the Spanish patient with North Americans who are trying to learn Spanish. Is it mostly Castellano that is spoken there? How do people-women-dress in public, on the street? Are jeans worn on the street? Do the women cover their heads in church? I could go on, but that should get you started. If people want to know about us, they will ask.

PS: Start with yomama wants to go live there, like next spring, and wants to know how the people feel about old lady Americans who love Spain and want to live there. And, then, yomama has the previous questions to ask a native. Yomama goes over go0d there. I understand they love they mamas.
